An order placed in relation to this quotation should specify the QLED LEDspan quotation number. This will ensure that you are invoiced correctly. It is the responsibility of the recipient of this quotation to ensure it complies with the specification they require and no liability can be accepted by LEDspan for variations. It is the client’s responsibility to verify all quantities and components are correct before placing any order. Placing an order will mean you will be bound by LEDspan’s terms and conditions of sale. Once the purchase order has been accepted by LEDspan, the client will not be entitled to cancel the order without written consent from LEDspan. LEDspan shall be entitled to withhold consent or may grant consent subject to the buyer reimbursing the company against any loss or damage incurred from the cancellation.
